Day 1: Southern C’s Farm

The Leadership Rockingham first day was held at Southern C's Farm, a beautiful horse ranch and venue located in Rockingham County. The experience is designed to foster connections and build essential skills for leadership. This gave everyone the chance to introduced themselves, share their backgrounds and aspirations, which set a positive tone for the day. With delicious catering from Pepper Moon Catering, everyone enjoyed a delightful lunch that energized the group. The highlight of the day involved working with horses, a unique approach that encouraged teamwork, communication and leadership skills. This hands-on experience not only built leadership skills but also strengthened the bonds among participants, creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
